We offer a confidential emotional and practical helpline where you can talk with trained volunteers about anything that is troubling you; we have the time to listen to you.

Sometimes just having someone to talk to about what is troubling you can make the world of difference to the way you feel. we can also offer you guidance or details of other support that may be available.

Our hospital visiting teams visit the Vega Baja Hospital, near Orihuela  and the Torrevieja hospital in Los Balcones upon request.

Our Welfare Officer is available to provide advice on mobility needs and how to ensure someone is safe and well in their home environment.

For a number of years the Help Association Diabetic Support Group has successfully provided support and advice for those who have recently been diagnosed with Diabetes, as well as for people who have learnt to live with this condition.
