HELP Vega Baja is very aware that there are many lonely and often isolated people within our community of Vega Baja. We do what we can to make a difference with lunches, coffee dates etc.
It was therefore good to discover that in Catral they have lots going on for people.
Monday (Spanish lessons)
Wednesday (Volunteers of HELP Vega Baja visit Casa Verde residents)
Thursday (Palates and Chair exercise classes)
Friday (Coffee and chat)
Walking football is also on the cards to start very soon.
Much of this is organised by one of our volunteers, Chris who does a grand job trying to involve everyone.
