This page explains how this website handles information when you browse or contact HELP Vega Baja.

Messages and enquiries

The contact form prepares an email in your own email application. This website does not submit the form to a database or save the details in browser storage. A message is sent only when you send it from your email app.

Your email provider handles the message according to its own policies. Once received, the charity will use the information you send to respond to your enquiry. Please avoid sending passport numbers, detailed medical information or other sensitive documents with an initial enquiry.

Membership

The membership form sends your name, email, address, post code, phone number, NIE or passport number, correspondence address, consent choices, membership type and payment method to membership@helpvegabaja.com through our mail provider. A copy is sent to your email address. The website does not store applications in a database or in your browser. Copies remain in the charity’s and your email systems. Your IP address is used temporarily to limit submission attempts; hosting services may also keep security logs. Required consent covers membership administration and benefits; news, phone, email and publicity photograph permissions are optional. To update your choices, withdraw consent or ask about membership records and retention, contact membership@helpvegabaja.com.

Cookies and external services

This website does not add advertising or analytics cookies. It uses Google Fonts, which may receive technical information such as your IP address when fonts load. The hosting service may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, and a private preview may require sign-in.
